Each attendee should register here by filling out the form and clicking "Register". The registration return page will have paypal buttons for a single or double payment. You may pay by paypal, check or credit card. Please bring a copy of this page (or the auto-email response), and a copy of your checkbook or your paypal email a receipt. Note: Both partners of a couple need to submit registration forms, but you can make a single payment.
